Position: Estate Surveyor

Job Brief

We are a leading firm of Estate Surveyors and valuers with officers in the key regions of Nigeria. However, we are currently hiring suitable candidates for the position of Estate Surveyor in our southern offices

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate as Educators and instructors
• To determine the monetary value of a property
• Assist in creating a master plan for infrastructural
• Act as mediator between the two parties
• Maintaining the real estate facilities
• Function as the estate agents
• Act as educators
• Carry out continuous repair and corrective works
• Advise on various types of real estate investments
• Give recommendations on the best use of landed properties

Requirements

• Must be a computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Numeracy skill
• Good reporting and writing skills
• Data collection and collation skills
• Property description skill.
• Critical reasoning and good judgment skills
• Good measurement skill
• Minimum of 1-year working experience

Qualifications

• B.Sc/HND in Estate Management from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 2:1 degree or equivalent
