Position: Estate Surveyor and Valuers
Job Brief
We require young and vibrant personnel for our office in Ikoyi. Therefore, as an estate surveyor and values, you are to supervise the daily running of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing and developing estates
- Inspect properties to determine their worth
- Act as mediator between the two parties
- Carry out continuous repair and corrective works
- Securing the optimal use of land resources
- Maintaining the real estate facilities
- Determining the structure and condition of buildings
- Give recommendations on the best use of landed properties
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be a registered estate surveyor
- Must be a computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Numeracy skill
- Good reporting and writing skills
- Data collection and collation skills
- The ideal candidate must have worked at a top management level
Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Estate Management
