Position: Estate Surveyor and Valuer
Job brief
We are seeking to hire an Estate Surveyor and Valuer to join our dedicated team. Therefore, as an estate surveyor and valuer, you are to supervise the daily running of the organisation. Nevertheless, you will be responsible for property valuation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing and developing estates
- Inspect properties to determine their worth
- Act as a mediator between the two parties
- Carry out continuous repair and corrective works
- Securing the optimal use of land resources
- Maintaining the real estate facilities
- Determining the structure and condition of buildings
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Create solid relationships with property owners
- Support project management
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Numeracy skills
- Good reporting and writing skills
- Data collection and collation skills
- Membership or in-progress certification with NIESV is a plus
Qualifications
- BSc in Estate Management or Surveying
