Position: Estate Surveyor
Job brief
We need a competent Estate Surveyor to join our team in Oniru Estate, Victoria Island. The job holder will be responsible for valuations, property management, agency, inspections, and client relations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate as Educators and instructors
- To determine the monetary value of a property
- Assist in creating a master plan for infrastructural
- Act as mediator between the two parties
- Maintaining the real estate facilities
- Function as the estate agents
- Act as educators
- Carry out continuous repair and corrective works
- Advise on various types of real estate investments
- Give recommendations on the best use of landed properties
Requirements
- Must be computer-literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Numeracy skill
- Good reporting and writing skills
- Data collection and collation skills
- Property description skill.
- Critical reasoning and good judgment skills
- Good measurement skill
- 4 years’ proven post-NYSC experience in estate surveying
Qualifications
- B.Sc/HND in Estate Management from a reputable institution
