Estate Manager
Job Abstract
Vacancy in property investment and Estate development company as an estate manager. The company is looking for a highly capable real estate manager to make sure that our property and related finances are optimally managed. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating rental agreements, purchasing supplies, and supervising staff members.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the purchase
- Supervised the development of properties
- Monitoring estate income and expenditure
- bargaining contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Keeping owners informed on taxes, level
- Resolving complaints from tenants
- Reporting to real estate owners
- Assisting property owners with financial tasks
- Maintaining and repairing of equipment
- Conducting frequent inspections of properties
Requirements
- Must be a registered Estate surveyor
- Minimum of 8 years facility management
- Proven relevant work experience in a similar function
- Managerial capability to coordinate and provide efficient services to residents of the estate
- A corporate firm is preferred but an experienced and qualified individual is also acceptable
