Position: Estate Manager (Letting & Sales)

Job Brief

A property management company in Victoria Island is seeking to hire an estate manager to coordinate the operations and upkeep of our estate. In this role, the job holder will be expected to prepare and manage budgets. Nevertheless, you will also supervise staff, and manage the daily operations of the estate.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify buyers
  • Managing budgets
  • Organise repairs and maintenance
  • keep up to date with regulations
  • Perform financial planning
  •  Designating tasks
  • Maintain general cleanliness in the estate
  • Supervise the development of the estate

Requirements

  • Proven work experience
  • Possess project management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate renovations
  • Good technical skills
  • Well-organized in managing projects
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Must be computer literate

  • BSc in Estate Management
