Position: Estate Manager

Job Brief

We are looking for a reliable estate manager to coordinate the operations and upkeep of our estate. In this role, the job holder will be expected to prepare and manage budgets. Nevertheless, you will also supervise staff, and manage the daily operations of the estate.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Working directly with the owners to plan
  • Managing budgets
  • Organise repairs and maintenance
  • keep up to date with regulations
  • Perform financial planning
  •  Designating tasks
  • Maintain general cleanliness in the estate
  • Supervise the development of the estate

Requirements

  • Proven work experience
  • Possess project management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate renovations
  • Good technical skills
  • Well-organized in managing projects
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Must be computer literate

Qualifications

  • BSc in Estate Management with a minimum of second-class division
  • 10 years of post-graduate experience
