Position: Estate Manager

Job Brief

We are looking for a careful estate manager to lead the operations and upkeep of our estate. In this role, you will be expected to prepare and manage budgets. Nevertheless, you will also supervise staff, and manage the daily operations of the estate.

Therefore, to be successful as an estate manager, you need to be highly organized and have a keen eye for detail.  Furthermore, you should be able to efficiently direct considerable projects and ensure that the estates generate maximum profit.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Working directly with the owners to plan
  • Managing budgets
  • Organise repairs and maintenance
  • keep up to date with regulations
  • Perform financial planning
  •  Designating tasks
  • Managing all administrative tasks
  • Maintain general cleanliness in the estate
  • Supervise the development of the estate
  • Meeting with the owner to discuss plans

Requirements

  • Proven work experience
  • Possess project management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate renovations
  • Good technical skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Must be a graduate
  • Strong motivation skills
  • Well-organized in managing projects
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Must be between 28-50 years of age
  • Ability to manage a small maintenance crew and a tenant body

Qualification

  • BSc or HND in a related field
