A reputable real estate company in the heart of Banana Island, Ikoyi requires the services of suitable qualified persons for the role of an Estate Manager. The ideal candidate must be skilled in property management and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all maintenance and repairs
  • Managing all administrative tasks
  • Managing gardening and domestic duties
  • Managing the daily operations of the estate
  • Ensuring jobs are performed as they are required
  • Meeting with the owner to discuss plans
  • Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets
  • Managing your team to keep the estate generally well-run

Qualification
