Job Brief
An Estate surveying and valuation firm requires the service of an Estate assistant for immediate employment in both island and mainland offices in Lagos. However, the ideal candidate will support our real estate team. Nevertheless, He or she will be responsible for ordering supplies and other necessary duties.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing clients database
- Preparing clients documents
- Schedule daily appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain real estate files
- Support real estate agents
- Preparing listing materials
- Coordinating repairs
- Manage advertising of the property
- Deliver and pick up real estate documents
