Position: Contract Drilling Procurement Officer
Job Brief
Our client in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for a Contract Drilling Procurement Officer. This position is part of the OML 52 Project Drilling Team. Therefore, this position will cease to exist once the drilling project procurement activities are completed
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor Sage system
- Perform sourcing of materials
- Timely uploading of documents
- Prepare received bids
- Conduct the C&P part of the technical
- Reports for Internal and external use
- Collaborate with drilling team
- Assist with commercial evaluation
- Complete the bid evaluation package
- Maintain solid auditable records
Requirements
- 3 years of procurement experience in the oil and gas sector
- Strong experienced in completing tenders in NipeX
- Good time management skills
- Primary understanding of offshore drilling operations
- Excellent numerical skills
- Good communication skills
- A high level of integrity is essential.
- Strong team player
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualification
- BA/BS degree or HND in an Engineering discipline, Business or Accounting
