Position: Dispatch Rider
Job brief
We urgently need a reliable Dispatch Rider to act as a communication point, to pick up and deliver items. The job holder will be responsible for outdoor and indoor delivery, sending and collecting packages.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Delivering items
- Adhere to company policies
- Ensure all packages are intact
- Maintaining the motorcycle
- Adhere to safety regulations
- Ensure the motorcycle is in good condition
- Provide a report on issues affecting work
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of routes
- Must be a skilled rider
- 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Valid Rider’s Permit
- Solid knowledge of local routes
- Must have a driver’s license
- Able to use Google Maps
Qualification
- A minimum of a Secondary School Leaving Certificate
