Job Brief

Adron Homes is seeking to hire a director of Human Resources to oversee and direct all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, and disciplinary action.

Roels and Responsibilities

• Direct all centre human resource departmental
• Advise in areas where needed
• Build up staff appraisal management system
• Maintain staff development initiative
• Consider the recruitment request
• Direct the allocation of human resources budgets
• Coordinate the human resources department

Requirements

• Minimum of 25 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR laws
• Ability to establish solid relationships with major stakeholders
• Knowledge of HR systems
• Good understanding of national labour laws
• Ability to lead an organization
• Understanding of global trends in the HR system

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field
• A master’s degree in HR, business administration
