Position: Digital Marketer / Social Media Officer
Job Brief
We are recruiting to fill the position of a Digital Marketer and Social Media Officer for our client, who will coordinate our social media activities and run ads online on our social media channel. Nevertheless, the ideal candidate must be able to create an online community and share posts on all our social media platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying online target audiences
- Create engaging content
- Manage brand presence online
- Share posts on all our online platforms
- Track social media
- Monitor social media campaigns
- Create targeted email campaigns
- Manage email lists and maintain deliverability
- Track email campaign performance and optimize accordingly
- Nurture leads and maintain online customer relationships
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage media communication
- Strong SEO skills
- Ability to use social media tools
- Good understanding of digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven experience making use of Facebook, Instagram & TikTok ads
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of social media
