Job Brief

Requirements/Qualifications

• Candidate must have a good honours degree which must not be below second class lower division in any of the following: Architecture, Building Technology, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management or any relevant discipline from a recognized university with twelve-year post qualification cognate experience in a university or comparable institution, eight of which must be in a tertiary institution and must have spent at least four years on CONTISS 13 or two years as Deputy Director of Physical Planning in a private university.
• Be a registered member of relevant professional bodies such as COREN, NIOB, CORBON, ARCON, NIA, NIQS, NITP, TOPRED, and NIESV
• Possession of a higher degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
