Job Brief
Sabi Microfinance Bank Limited is a licensed Tier 1 Microfinance Bank in Lagos Nigeria, aiming to provide financial inclusion to individuals across both the public and private sectors as well as supporting Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs). The bank is currently undergoing restructuring across all areas of business sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan
- Participate in creating new and better marketing
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Source for new customers
- Meet assigned targets
- Enhance deposit mobilization and retention
- Manage withdrawal attrition
Requirements
- Interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-driven
- Ability to multi-task
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing and any other related course
