Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct fieldwork within communities
- promote and adapt the tricot approach
- Co-design tricot on farm
- Test trials and manage tricot data collection
- Supervise tricot data collection
- Make use of ClimMob through the use of farmer guides
Requirements
- Passionate about gender issues in agriculture
- Good experience in data management
- Good experience in implementing the tricot approach in the field
- Strong interest in combining qualitative
- Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative methods
- Solid knowledge of rural extension and rural sociology
- Minimum of three (3) years experience performing a similar
- Experience in working with and updating the ClimMob online data
Qualification
- BSc/HND in Social Science, Rural Extension or related field
