Position: Data Analyst
Job brief
A Payments Service Provider within and outside Nigeria is seeking to hire a Data Analyst to join our dedicated data department. The job holder will be responsible for coordinating our data team, creating reports, and collecting data information.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the cross-functional department
- Providing technical expertise in data analysis
- Regularly update source production systems
- Ensure data accuracy
- Present and interpret data insights
- Assessing tests
- Perform spatial analysis with GIS software
- Analyse datasets to identify trends
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in a fintech
- Solid attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to analyse databases
- Collecting data information
- Ability to work without any supervision
- Team player
- Familiarity with A/B testing
- Good knowledge of fintech business models
Qualification
- BSc in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or any related field
- A Master’s Degree in Data Science or Business Analytics is a plus
