Position: Customer Services Officer
Job brief
We are hiring a customer service officer to coordinate customer enquiries and complaints and help resolve issues. However, you will be asked to assist customers in processing orders and escalating issues.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Have good knowledge of your products
- Working closely with a team member
- Process customer requests
- Keep all records of all customer interactions
- Identify customers’ needs
- Revert the efficiency of the customer service
- Create strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Ability to use the computer with ease
- No previous experience is needed
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to respond to various types of characters
Qualification
- Degree holder
- Only graduates with first class need to apply
