Position: Customer Service Specialist
Job Brief
We are hiring a customer service specialist to take charge of our customer service unit and attend to customer’s queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, and modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels. Therefore, to be successful in this role you need to be calm when customers are frustrated.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the appropriate tools
- Liaise with the technical team, account department and engineering team
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels
Requirements
- Able to possess an excellent customer interface
- Solid presentation skills
- Able to influence internal and external organizations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Age bracket 22 to 30 years of age
- Proficient in using customer service software, such as CRM system
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer services within the telecommunication industry
Qualification
- BSc in Mass Communication, English, Electrical Electronic Engineering
