- Act as the bridge of contact between the customer and the organization
- Communicating with customers via several channels

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of cognate experience
- Excellent customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be a computer literacy
- Customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm when customers upset
