  • Respond to customer queries
  • Act as the bridge of contact between the customer and the organization
  • Communicating with customers via several channels

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of cognate experience
  • Excellent customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be a computer literacy

  • Ability to stay calm when customers upset
