Position: Customer Service Manager

Job Brief

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the head of service management
  • Ensure first-class customer service operation
  • Reporting to the stakeholders
  • Manage customer interaction to meet customer expectations
  • Cross-sell and off-sell all product and service
  • Evaluate performance metrics to drive improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to address technical issues
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in service management
  • Must be able to demonstrate a consistent profile of the solution
  • Ability to work without supervising
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a customer service manager

Qualification

  • First degree in Commerical, Business Administration, Economics or other related fields
  • Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage
