Position: Customer Service Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the head of service management
- Ensure first-class customer service operation
- Reporting to the stakeholders
- Manage customer interaction to meet customer expectations
- Cross-sell and off-sell all product and service
- Evaluate performance metrics to drive improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to address technical issues
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years experience in service management
- Must be able to demonstrate a consistent profile of the solution
- Ability to work without supervising
- Good communication skills
- Proven work experience as a customer service manager
Qualification
- First degree in Commerical, Business Administration, Economics or other related fields
- Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage
