We are building a world-class creative team, and we need a dedicated Creative Director to lead our creative department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and be able to manage a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the brand team
- Guiding the design teams
- Review and refine visuals
- Ensure content aligns with strategy
- Lead visual and conceptual storytelling
- Ensuring brand consistency in all channels
- Mentor team of designers
- Solid communication skills
- Providing clear briefs and creative direction
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in creative direction or art direction
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to manage a team
- Good knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite
- Sketch for digital
