Position: Crane Operator
Job Brief
Upstream oil and gas company urgently need the service of an experienced Crane Operator in our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the crane and using it to lift heavy equipment. However, you will have to work closely with the construction workers on site.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Moving equipment to construction sites
- Ensure the crane is maintained
- Regularly inspecting crane
- Work closely with ground operators on sites
- Strong understanding of hand and verbal signals
- Follow safety rules
- Operating crane
Requirements
- Ability to operate a crane
- Working experience in a similar role
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Ability to complete daily tasks
Qualification
- Relevant education such as Secondary School Leaving Certificate
