Job Abstract
A reputable construction company with headquarters in Abuja wishes to recruit a Law graduate as the company in house legal department. As the company lawer you are to ensure that every transactions comply with the corporate laws and regulations. However, your principal goal will be to guarantee that all our company’s transactions comply with state laws and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Protecting the company from egal risks and violations
- Ensuring company’s transactions comply with state laws
- Preparing legal documents
- Assessing new business partnerships with vendors
- Stand for the company in any legal proceedings
- Must be in position on legal matters
- Guide management on regulatory
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Discuss deals on behalf of the company.
- Carefully examine legal issues
Requriements
- He/she must have be called to Bar
- Must be residence in Abuja
- Good communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
