Position: Commercial Manager
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance service. We are searching for a Commercial Manager who will provide the Company with strategic expertise across the Group’s operations. Nevertheless, to be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have to manage risks, and optimise revenue opportunities to support organizational growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement commercial strategies to maximize profitability and drive revenue-generation initiatives
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in the NESI
- Power Group support functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position the company and represent her in industry events
- Analyze financial data and market trends to provide insights for pricing and revenue optimization.
- Leads the commercial team and guides to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support project development and execution.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and identify areas for process improvement.
- Monitors and manages commercial risks and ensures compliance with regulations and corporate governance
Requirements
- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
- Proven ability to nurture partnerships and relationships
- Good business commercial acumen
- Flexibility to navigate changing market conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation skills and influencing skills
- Good understanding of micro and macroeconomic indices and their impact on the business
- Renewable energy technologies and sustainability initiatives
- Good understanding of business processes and management of database
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commercial, Business Administration, or related field
- A master’s degree is an added advantage
