Position: Chief Security Officer
Job Abstract
We are looking to hire a dynamic chief security officer (CSO) to join our company’s executive management team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic security program for our company, and managing the security of the company’s physical assets.
The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company maintain excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Offering risk assessments and improved security policies
- Evaluating, and resolving any physical security incidents or breaches
- Creating a comprehensive security program
- Reviewing existing security measures of the company
- Keep informed protocols as needed
- Conducting training for team members
- Security awareness
- Promptly reporting of security incidents
- Accessing control systems
- Reports of daily surveillance activity
Requirements
- Must be registered as a security officer
- Tech-savvy with experience
- Good observation skills
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in any security assignments
- Must possess good investigation skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Age bracket 40 to 50 years
- Ex-members of any of the disciplined forces will be an added advantage
