Job Brief
WTS Energy is seeking to hire a chief operating officer to improve its organizational operations. However, the ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of delivery services to external and internal customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate organizational growth
- Encourage staff and train head of departments
- Provide solid financial assistance for the performance of the company
- Establish an organizational yearly operating plan
- Direct the progress and distribution of financial information
- Collaborate with Risk Management
- Provides clear and reliable communication on the Vision
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in a similar role
- Membership in relevant bodies such as ACCA or ACA
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to motivate staff
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Qualification
- BSc in Accounting, Finance and Management
