Broadway Restaurant and Bar Limited located in Abuja Nigeria is inviting applicants to apply for the position of a Chef for immediate employment. The job holder must be able to prepare local and intercontinental dish.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the food preparation process
• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations
• Ensure variety and quality servings
• Make the kitchen and the environment clean
• Design standardized food presentation guidelines
• Manage staff performance
• Develop and implement new kitchen procedures
• Maintain solid relationships with customers
• Responsible for food hygiene practices
• Specialized in all intercontinental dishes

Requirements

• Oversee the work of subordinates
• Arrange for repairs when needed
• Proven work experience as a Head Chef
• Strong ability in kitchen management
• Ability to manage team
• Knowledge of food preparation
• Good oral communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to make use of computer
• 6 years of work experience in the field

Qualification

• HND, OND or SSCE
