Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the food preparation process
- Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations
- Ensure variety and quality servings
- Make the kitchen and the environment clean
- Design standardized food presentation guidelines
- Manage staff performance
- Develop and implement new kitchen procedures
- Maintain solid relationships with customers
- Responsible for food hygiene practices
- Specialized in all intercontinental dishes
Requirements
- Oversee the work of subordinates
- Arrange for repairs when needed
- Proven work experience as a Head Chef
- Strong ability in kitchen management
- Ability to manage team
- Knowledge of food preparation
- Good oral communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to make use of computer
- 5 years of work experience in the field
Qualification
- BSc/HND, OND or SSCE
