Job Brief
We are hiring a Cashier who will receive payments and issue receipts. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in customer service. Nevertheless, applicants must know how to handle cash registers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet customers when entering
- Resolve customer complaints
- Offer assistance to customers when needed
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Receive payment
- Ensure accurate pricing
- Manage transactions with customers
Requirements
- OND/HND in a relevant field
- 1 – 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Ability to work with a computer
- Attention to deatails
- Good numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skill
