Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls
- Responding to the needs of customers
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell a customers
- Follow-up calls on customers
- Needs to identify the type of customers you speaking with
- Ability to deal with complaints
- Must have a detailed knowledge of the company’s products
- Ability to give details information to customers
- Capturing customer’s information on the system
- Escalating customer inquiries to the right unit
