A leading HMO company in Abuja require the services of a call centre officer to receive inbound calls from customers and help resolve their issues. The ideal candidate for this job must be empathetic and patient.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Responding to the needs of customers
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell a customers
  • Follow-up calls on customers
  • Needs to identify the type of customers you speaking with
  • Ability to deal with complaints
  • Must have a detailed knowledge of the company’s products
  • Ability to give details information to customers
  • Capturing customer’s information on the system
  • Escalating customer inquiries to the right unit
