Job Abstract

A telecommunication company requires the services of an intelligent, friendly, vibrant, attractive and young Male and Female graduate to work in its call centres. Which include Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt

Roles and Responsibilities  

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Responding to the needs of customers
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell a customers
  • Follow-up calls on customers
  • Ability to deal with complicated issues
  • Help customers resolve issues
  • Needs to identify the type of customers you speaking with
  • Ability to deal with complaints
  • Must have a detailed knowledge of the company’s products
  • Ability to give details information to customers
  • Capturing customer’s information on the system
  • Escalating customer inquiries to the right unit

Requirements

  • Applicant must not be more than 28 years of age
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Eye for details
  • Time management
  • Must have a team player attitude

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Must have the NYSC certificate

Location:  Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt
