Position: Business Development Executive
Job brief
We seek to hire an innovative business development executive to join our growing team. The job holder must be able to implement strategies to increase sales, create a business strategy that will increase our ROI.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients to explore business opportunities
- Collaborate with the business development manager
- Provide solutions and support to clients
- Draft proposals for both new and existing clients
- Perform marketing research to identify new business
- Keep abreast of all business potentials
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends
- Quick response to issues that affect sales
- Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients
- Conduct market research to identify competitor activities
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Ability to analyse problems
- Must be able to use a computer
- Attention to detail
- Good analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- 5 years of working experience in sales or business development
- Background in Real Estate, Construction, or Agriculture is an added advantage

- Bachelor’s Degree
