Position: Building Maintenance Technician
Job Brief
CALLARI HOMES LIMITED is an Indigenous building and construction company known for providing innovative and effective service delivery in the areas of Construction, Property Development, and Facilities Management, with its head office situated in Lekki, Lagos is looking to hire a Building Maintenance Technician to manage our facility. The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of facility maintenance knowledge.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Procure and install equipment
- Inspect alarm systems
- Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment
- Conduct general upkeep
- Assist in the setup of ventilation
- Performing maintenance of electrical systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a building maintenance technician
- Basic understanding of electrical
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes
- willingness to work overtime
- Problem-solving skills
