Position: Builder
Job Brief
We are a Real Estate company, seeking to employ an experienced and reliable Builder with solid experience in the renovation and maintenance of existing residential and commercial buildings, to manage the operations of one of our commercial properties in the heart of Lagos.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute formal quality inspections
- Submit to construction specifications and standards
- Responsible for a quality building process
- Answer customer questions about the building process
- Ensure timely completion of homes
- Set and maintain high standards of performance
- Accountable for managing the construction of an assigned building
- Monitors all daily activities
- Involve in QA testing on projects
Requirements
- Good coordination skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Multitasker
- Self-disciplined
- Good communication skills
- Over 5 years of practical experience is required
- Professional registration with CORBON is desirable
Qualification
- BS.c/HND.B Tech in Building
