We are a top Outsourcing company in Lagos. One of our clients needs a Brand and Communications Associate to manage our communication with clients and increase brand awareness. Also, ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Schedule press conferences
- Create and implement a comprehensive brand communication plan
- Regularly draft newsletters
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns
- Manage content creation
- Promote our services
- Oversee crisis communication
- Advertise our company
- Monitor our website and social media pages
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role
- Strong graphic design and video editor/animator experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of visual design principles
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
Qualification
- BSc in Marketing or Mass Communication
