Job Abstract
A reputable Microfinance bank is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the following positions as a branch manager to oversee the operation of the branch. As branch managers, you are to oversee the performance of other employees who work in your branches. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise branch employees
- Solve problems for bank customers
- Help customers and staff solve problems
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch
- Meet goals and metrics
- Locate areas of improvement
- Adhere to high ethical standards
- Obey all regulations
Requirements

Qualifications
- BS.c / HND in any relevant management or administrative field
- Must have the micro-finance certification program (M.C.P)
- ICAN, ACIB, CIPM, and RIMAN will be added advantage
