Position: Branch Manager/Marketing Head
Brief
We are a leading player in the security sector. Due to expansion, we need a Branch Manager and Marketing Head to be part of our dedicated team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Run branch as a profitable value center
- Ensure efficient utilization of the resources allocated
- Driving the revenue targets
- Lead and motivate staff
- Drive strategic initiatives as communicated by the executives
- Maximizing new business opportunities
- Create marketing strategies
- Lead the marketing team
- Conduct market research
- Monitor the progress of campaigns
Requirements
- Must possess a 100% sense of ownership
- Sound judgement
- Result driven
- Able to multitask
- Excellent dress sense
- 7 years marketing experience
- Age between 35 and 40 years
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills
Qualification
- BSc in Business Administration or equivalent
