Our client is currently a market leader in investment Immigration with a distribution footprint of 17 branches across 8 cities and it is committed to working with clients to help protect grow, enhance, and optimize the wealth they have built over time.

Therefore, as a result of expansion and strategic repositioning, our client sees immediate employment of the above exceptional individuals to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Run branch as a profitable value centre
• Ensure efficient utilization of the resources allocated
• Driving the revenue targets
• Lead and motivate staff
• Drive strategic initiatives as communicated by the executives
• Maximizing new business opportunities
• Deeping existing relationship
• Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel
• Address customer satisfaction issues speedily
• Delivering exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Must possess a 100% sense of ownership
• Sound judgement
• Result driven
• Able to multitask
• Excellent dress sense
• Strong organizational skills
• Assists team members
• 15 years of sales, marketing, or business management experience
• Age 35-47 years
• Branch management experience in a financial institution or related sector will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related field
• A master’s degree will be an advantage
