Assistant Registrar
Job Abstract
The National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria is inviting qualified applicants to fill the above position. As an assistant registrar, you will assist the registrar in managing student files and class enrollment at a college.
You will give support for all functions and responsibilities related to the Registrar’s Office, and serve as the main point of contact for the College Counselling Office. The ideal candidate will have experience with student records, and registration.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance of the school database
- Provide assessment data for different departments
- Improved systems for transcript production
- Manage daily office email
- Oversee daily operations of the Registrar’s Office
- Maintain student academic records
- Assist with new student orientation
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Update and keep the student information system
- Make available on different committees related to registration and student records
- Stay on top of improvements and changes in the field of student records
- Work together with all administrators

Qualifications
- The candidate must be a computer literate
- Must have administrative experience
- Candidate must be a fellow of the college for over 5 years
Location: Lagos
