Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced assistant general manager to support the general manager in guiding daily operations. The job holder is expected to have good experience in a supervisory role. Nevertheless, he or she must be able to perform duties when the general manager is not around.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Working closely with the general manager
- Delegating daily tasks
- Oversee end-to-end production processes
- Managing activities of various departments
- Ensure effective operations within all business unit
- Identify areas for improvement
- Team up with department heads to achieve organizational goal
Requirements
- 8 years of working experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional time management
- Good organisational skills
- Solid business acumen
- Excellent observation skills
- Good communication skills
Qualification
- BSc in Food Science, Food Technology or Engineering
- MBA in similar qualification is an added advantage
