Job Brief
A reputable private company located in Delta State Abraka is seeking to hire a dedicated chef who will assist the Chief Chef in coordinating and preparing meals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in training new kitchen staff
- Oversee all kitchen operations
- Taking stock of the ingredients
- Inform wait staff about daily specials
- Cook food promptly
- Check the freshness of food
- Placing orders to replenish stock
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a cook
- Excellent time management
- Work closely with the chief Chef
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitasking
- Support with stock ordering
- Ability to control end-to-end food preparation
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Good knowledge of the culinary arts
- Ensure good customer satisfaction
