Position: Assistant Brand Manager
Job brief
We need an Assistant Brand Manager who will strategically create an iconic brand innovation and support the brand manager. The ideal candidate will work closely with the brand manager to develop a brand communication strategy and increase our brand awareness.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promoting the company’s brand online
- Assisting the brand manager
- Analyse market trends
- Evaluate brand positioning and consumer insights
- Maintain and increase brand identity
- Improve our customer service operations
- Oversee product launches and marketing campaigns
- Execute brand plans
- Direct plan to motivate the target audience
- Coordinate the production of all marketing materials
Requirements
- Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of the marketing mix
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Familiar with Internet industry trends
- Organisational skills
- Project management skills
- Experience in identifying target audiences
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
- 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Qualifications
- BSc in Marketing, Business, or any related field
- MBA/Post-grad marketing is an added advantage
