Position: Asset Operations Coordinator
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are searching for an Asset Operation Coordinator to support the company in accomplishing the Company’s vision by driving and coordinating the development of the assigned asset in line with the company’s strategy and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work effectively with all support units
- Ensure smooth running of the asset operations
- Manage external and regulatory stakeholder relations
- Setting of performance benchmarks for direct reports
- Recording of expenditures within the asset operations
- Liaise with the corporate services and security team for proactive engagement
- Responsible for the CAPEX and OPEX budgets
- Ensure uninterrupted asset operations
- Coordinate external consultants and contractors
- Ensure that services are delivered according to the agreed scope
Requirements
- Adherence to Company Policies, Standards
- Level of compliance with subsisting petroleum
- Optimal recovery and commercialisation of hydrocarbon from Asset
- Delivery according to agreed scope within stipulated timelines
- Adherence to health and safety guidelines and procedures
