Job Brief
Obi Udeh & Co is an Estate Surveying & Valuation Firm with a Head Office in Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. property and real estate company with substantial properties in Lagos State wishes to employ a competent, talented and experienced professional estate surveyor to be part of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect project specifications
- Identify clients’ needs
- Creating detailed drawings
- Control project from start to finish
- Writing and presenting reports
- Creating building designs
- Visualize the building structure
- Cost estimation
- Site visits and meetings
- Ensure works are carried out to specific standards
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in Architecture from a reputable higher institution
- 3-8 years of proven experience in the field of architecture
- Higher proficiency in space management
- MSc in project management will be an added advantage
Qualification
- BSc or HND in Estate Management
