Job Brief

We are looking for an innovative and skilled Architect to join our team. However, to be successful in this position as an Architect you must be able to visualize space in various scopes. Nevertheless, you must have a good knowledge of construction technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Control project from start to finish
• Writing and presenting reports
• Creating building designs
• Visualize building structure
• Cost estimation
• Site visits and meetings
• Ensure works are carried out to specific standards
• Collect project specifications
• Identify clients’ needs
•  Creating detailed drawings

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc in Architecture from a reputable higher institution
• 3-8 years of proven experience in the field of architecture
• Higher proficiency in space management
• MSc in project management will be an added advantage
