Position: Air Conditional Technician
Job Brief
We are an established real estate management company with a visible presence in Lagos, looking for an Air Conditional Technician to lead the organization’s restructure.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for onsite air conditioners
- Servicing and maintaining air conditioners
- Troubleshoot issues
- Carry out maintenance checks
- Identifying risks on equipment
- Estimating material cost
- Installing air conditioners
- Repairing air conditioning systems
- Carrying out general repairs and maintenance
- Ensure air conditioners on buildings are functioning properly
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently
- Must be able to work from a ladder
- Ability to work independently
- Proven work experience
- Excellent knowledge of the repair characteristics
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Strong ability and skill to quickly and correctly diagnose
- Good working experience with Air compressors and Chillers
Qualification
- OND or HND
