Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Brief
An Institution in Lagos State is seeking a male administrative assistant to manage all our administrative issues. The ideal candidate is expected to have a sound knowledge of preparing reports and maintaining the office filing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement a filing system
- Responding to emails and phone calls
- Make proper travel arrangements
- Support visitors
- Reconcile with expense reports
- Schedule and organize appointments
- Interact with senior executives to manage requests
Requirements
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Effective time management skills
- Good knowledge of office management
Requirements
- HND or BS.c in Business administration
