Position: Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a  multi-tasker with strong communication skills with an upbeat attitude. The ideal candidate should be able to assist management by handling office tasks and offering professional assistance.

Therefore, to be successful as an administrative assistant, you should be professional, and attentive. Nevertheless, you must be prepared and be quick to respond, ready to meet every challenge. Administrative assistants must be able to operate computers with ease, and general office tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with travel arrangements
  • Handling various office tasks
  • Booking of appointments
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact
  • Schedule appointments
  • Receiving and sending mail
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Maintain office policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of office management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
